Mercy University (Mercy NY), previously known as Mercy College, is a private research university with its main campus in Dobbs Ferry, New York, and additional locations in Manhattan and the Bronx. It is a federally designated minority-serving institution and the largest private Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI) in the state of New York. The university has six schools and offers more than 100 undergraduate and graduate degree and certificate programs, on campus and online. The U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security designated Mercy University as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education.
